Author tab no longer redirects to homepage — The static build skipped writing author/index.html when no authors had beads explicitly assigned, causing static hosts to fall back to index.html. The page is now always written.
Default author shown on beads — Beads without an explicit author field in frontmatter now display the site's default_author (set in bead.config.json) on the bead page, author list, and author profile.
